目的:通过研究使用解热镇痛药(Non-steroidal antiinflammatory drags,NSAIDs)类药物治疗的神经病理性疼痛患者与未使用NSAIDs类药物治疗的神经病理性疼痛患者疼痛情况与TGF-β_1(Transforming growth factor,TGF-β_1)变化情况,分析使用NSAIDs类药物对疼痛的影响及对TGF-β_1的影响,探讨TGF-β_1在神经病理性疼痛中的作用.方法:选择我院2006-2007年符合神经病理性疼痛纳入标准的疼痛门诊及住院患者,收集神经病理性疼痛患者的资料,采用100 mm视觉模拟评分法对患者进行疼痛程度的评估,抽取静脉血进行细胞因子TGF-β_1检测.结果:使用和未使用NSAIDs类药物治疗的神经病理性疼痛患者的年龄、性别和病程上并无显著差异(P>0.05).使用和未使用NSAIDs类药物治疗的神经病理性疼痛患者的疼痛评分和TGF-β_1上并无显著差异(P>0.05). PHN(Postherpetie neuralgia,PHN)患者、三叉和舌咽神经痛患者、颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛评分和TGF-β_1组间比较上,使用NSAIDs类药物的PHN患者、三叉和舌咽神经痛患者的TGF-β_1较颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症患者有显著降低(P<0.05);未使用NSAIDs类药物的PHN患者、三叉和舌咽神经痛患者的TGF-β_1较颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症患者有显著降低(P<0.05).结论:使用和未使用NSAIDs类药物对神经病理性疼痛患者的疼痛和TGF-β_1没有显著影响;颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症发生机制可能与TGF-β_1相关.

PHN(Postherpetie neuralgia,PHN)환자、삼차화설인신경통환자、경추병화요추간반돌출증환자적동통평분화TGF-β_1조간비교상,사용NSAIDs류약물적PHN환자、삼차화설인신경통환자적TGF-β_1교경추병화요추간반돌출증환자유현저강저(P<0.05);미사용NSAIDs류약물적PHN환자、삼차화설인신경통환자적TGF-β_1교경추병화요추간반돌출증환자유현저강저(P<0.05).결론:사용화미사용NSAIDs류약물대신경병이성동통환자적동통화TGF-β_1몰유현저영향;경추병화요추간반돌출증발생궤제가능여TGF-β_1상관.
Objective: To observe the effects of antipyretie analgesic drugs(NSAIDs)on pain and transforming growth factor TGF-β_1 of patients with neuropathic pain by comparing with patients who were not administered NSAIDs to discuss the function of TGF-β_1 in neuropathic pain.Methods:Patients clinically diagnosed at least by two pain physicians as neuropathie pain for more than 3 months.with the written consent to participate the clinical survey and to donate the blood for immune function test either in pain outpatient or pain ward in West China Hospital,from the year 2006 to 2007 were recruited.100mm visual analogue score was used to assess the extent of pain. Venous blood samples were detected for cytokine lectin TGF-β_1 .Results:There were no significant difference of age,sex or disease course between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of pain score and TGF-β_1 between patients with neuropathic pain administered NSAIDs drugs and those administered no NSAIDs drugs(P>O.05).TGF-β_1 of patients with PHN,trigeminal and glossopharyngeal neuralgia either administered NSAIDs drugs or not were significantly lower than patients with Cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation either administered NSAIDs drags or not respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:There are no significant effects of NSAIDs on pain and TGF-β_1 of patients with neuropathic pain. The pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation may associated with TGF-β_1.
