随着油田开发进一步深入,近年来在我厂部分区块原油乳化现象加重,给油井正常生产和设备运行带来了较大影响,主要表现为：原油乳化造成粘滞阻力变大,抽油杆上行载荷变大,下行载荷变小,加大了抽油杆的工作负荷,抽油杆断脱几率增加,油井的检泵周期缩短,通过对于油井加药标准的确定和效果评价,解决原油乳化带来的问题,延长油井的检泵周期以及保证正常的生产运行。
