Minimally invisive percutaneous nephrolithotomy%Complicated renal stone
目的 比较微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术(MPCNL)与开放手术治疗肾结石的疗效.方法 分析MPCNL和肾切开取石的治疗效果,比较两种术式在手术时间、术中出血量、结石清除率、术后住院时间等方面的差异.结果 开放手术组及MPCNL组平均手术时间、平均出血量、术后住院时间分别为(147±31)min和(299±121)min、(257±135)ml和(163±90)ml、(12.5±2.8)d和(8.2±2.6)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MPCNL相比开放手术治疗肾结石更安全、快速、有效,是治疗肾结石的理想方法.

목적 비교미창경피신경기압탄도쇄석술(MPCNL)여개방수술치료신결석적료효.방법 분석MPCNL화신절개취석적치료효과,비교량충술식재수술시간、술중출혈량、결석청제솔、술후주원시간등방면적차이.결과 개방수술조급MPCNL조평균수술시간、평균출혈량、술후주원시간분별위(147±31)min화(299±121)min、(257±135)ml화(163±90)ml、(12.5±2.8)d화(8.2±2.6)d,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 MPCNL상비개방수술치료신결석경안전、쾌속、유효,시치료신결석적이상방법.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the minimally invisive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in the treatment of kidney nephrolithiasis comparing with open surgery. Methods To analyze and compare the therapeutic effect between the operation and MPCNL. The differences in operating time, average bleeding volume during operation, stone clearance, postoperative hospital stay of the two procedures were compared. Results The mean operation time, average bleeding volume during operation, postoperative hospital stay of the PCNL and surgery group were(147±31)min vs (299±121)min, (257±135)ml vs (163±90)ml, and(12.5±2.8)d vs (8.2±2.6)d, respectively.The differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions MPCNL is an excellent form of treatment for kidney nephrolithiasis. It is more reliable, highly effective, rapid and safe procedure than open surgery.
