目的评价静脉注射胺碘酮对射频消融术后房颤复发的治疗效果及安全性.方法给予胺碘酮(可达龙)150 mg静脉注射,继之以5μg/(kg· min)持续静脉泵入48 h,无论窦性心律恢复与否,加用胺碘酮片剂(可达龙片)200 mg,3次/d,口服1周；200 mg,2次/d,口服1周；200 mg,1次/d,连续口服3月.结果2例患者24 h内恢复窦性心律,4例患者于口服2周内恢复窦性心律,3例3个月后仍未恢复窦性心律.结论胺碘酮治疗射频消融术后复发房颤有较好的疗效,房颤射频消融术后常规口服胺碘酮能够有效维持窦性心律.
목적 평개정맥주사알전동대사빈소융술후방전복발적치료효과급안전성.방법 급여알전동(가체룡)150 mg정맥주사,계지이5μg/(kg· min)지속정맥빙입48 h,무론두성심률회복여부,가용알전동편제(가체룡편)200 mg,3차/d,구복1주；200 mg,2차/d,구복1주；200 mg,1차/d,련속구복3월.결과2례환자24 h내회복두성심률,4례환자우구복2주내회복두성심률,3례3개월후잉미회복두성심률.결론 알전동치료사빈소융술후복발방전유교호적료효,방전사빈소융술후상규구복알전동능구유효유지두성심률.
Objective To evaluate the intravenous administration of amiodarone on atrial fibrillation recurrence after radiofrequency ablation treatment and safety.Methods Amiodarone (up to the dragon) 150 mg intravenous injection was given,then 5 μg/(kg · min) continuous intravenous infusion for 48 hours,whether restoration of sinus rhythm or not,the next day plus amiodarone tablets ( up to long pieces) 200 mg,3 times/day,oral for one week; 200 mg,2 times/day,oral for one week; 200 mg,1 time/day,orally administrated for 3 months.Results Two patients with sinus rhythm within 24 hours,4 patients were in sinus rhythm within two weeks of oral administration,3 patients did not recover sinus rhythm 3 months later.Conclusions The recurrence of amiodarone for atrial fibrillation ablation has a high efficacy,radiofrequency catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation after conventional oral amiodarone can effectively maintain sinus rhythm.
