目的：研究某种营养米粉对4～8个月的婴儿生长发育的影响。方法：采用成组设计，进行问卷调查并测定身高、体重和血红蛋白等指标。结果：给予组婴儿身长的增长与自选组相比，有显著性差异。其它指标两组无显著性差异。结论：①农村婴儿辅食添加存在较多问题，应加强营养指导；②此类营养米粉可以作为改善4～8月龄婴儿营养状况的较好辅助食品。
목적：연구모충영양미분대4～8개월적영인생장발육적영향。방법：채용성조설계，진행문권조사병측정신고、체중화혈홍단백등지표。결과：급여조영인신장적증장여자선조상비，유현저성차이。기타지표량조무현저성차이。결론：①농촌영인보식첨가존재교다문제，응가강영양지도；②차류영양미분가이작위개선4～8월령영인영양상황적교호보조식품。
Objective：To study the effect of a kind of rice powder on growth of 4～8 months infants．Method：Us e the method of questionnaire and measurement o f the height，weight and hemoglobin．Results： There was statistically difference between the increase of height the of supplemente d group and the control group,but no statisti cally difference between the two groups in other indexes．Conclusion：First，many problems still exist in the complementary feeding in rural infants，strengthen nutrition guidance should be strengthened to them ；Second，this kind of rice powder is a good food to improve the nutritional status of infants from 4～8 months old．
