由于印刷网点增大等因素的存在,致使印刷工艺过程中墨区控制存在误差.本文从网点补偿的原因及方法入手,根据印刷工艺中的网点阶调曲线,对所获取的网点面积率进行补偿,从而改善墨区控制中数据的精度,提高印刷实效性.

Because of the dot gain and other factors, the inkzone control of the printing process will occur errors. According to the dot gain curve of the printing process, which will improve the data precision of the inkzone control and enhance the printing effectiveness, this paper show how to compensate the dot area through the reason and the method of dot compensation. It is hoped that it will play the role in the inkzone control in the future, and will promote the development of the domestic ink presetting technology.
