以膜荚黄芪为父本,以野生斜颈黄芪为母本,采用杂交育种法进行人工修剪、去雄、授粉、套袋等手段,获得杂交种子F_1代,F_2~F_6代根据遗传学分离规律,采用集团选择法选择,花期去掉杂色花植株,保留了茎秆黄绿色的白花植株,育成黄芪草新品系;F_4~F_6代结合选择同时进行品比、生产和区域试验.新品系融合了斜茎黄芪和膜荚黄芪的优良特性,具有遗传性状稳定、生物产量高、开花早、种子丰产的特点,可在无霜期120d、≥10℃的年活动积温2500℃左右、沙打旺种子难以成熟的地区种植.
以膜莢黃芪為父本,以野生斜頸黃芪為母本,採用雜交育種法進行人工脩剪、去雄、授粉、套袋等手段,穫得雜交種子F_1代,F_2~F_6代根據遺傳學分離規律,採用集糰選擇法選擇,花期去掉雜色花植株,保留瞭莖稈黃綠色的白花植株,育成黃芪草新品繫;F_4~F_6代結閤選擇同時進行品比、生產和區域試驗.新品繫融閤瞭斜莖黃芪和膜莢黃芪的優良特性,具有遺傳性狀穩定、生物產量高、開花早、種子豐產的特點,可在無霜期120d、≥10℃的年活動積溫2500℃左右、沙打旺種子難以成熟的地區種植.

Astragalus membranaceus was used as paternal material, Astragalus adsurgens was used as maternal material. Hybrid F1 was got by crossing. According to genetic separation law, using mass selection method, plants of white flower with green and yellow stem were selected at flowering stage from generation F_2 to generation F_6, finally new strain of Astragalus was formed. Variety test, production test and regional test were conducted combined with selection from generation F_4 to generation F_6. The new strain combined good traits of Astragalus adsurgens with good traits of Astragalas membranaceus, which had the characters of stable traits, flowering early, high seed yield. Based on the identification with Chinese medicinal herb identification method, the roots of the new strain can be used as medicine, which was equivalent to Astragalas membranaceus. The new strain can grow in the area where the frost-proof period is more than 120 days, and annual active cumulative temperature is about 2500 ℃,while Astragalus adsurgens is hard to mature, the seed yield of new strain was high, it can be used as both forage and medicinal herb.
