Making the university enrollment plan scientific and reasonable is helpful to optimize the advanced higher education re-source and improve the equity of education. Proposes an architecture of the University Enrollment Plan Decision Support System based on CERNET, With Object Oriented analysis/design method, builds models of the system based on UML, proposes an university enrollment plan model based on fuzzy mathematics, finally the system has implemented with the C/S technique.
