Constructing operation and dispatching system of railway passenger dedicated line is a complex system project in the field of railway now.The architectural design has the important directive meaning for the following design and development.Based on the system's characteristic,the paper provides the architecture named after "true platform,virtnal application" ,and analyzes the system from business architecture,data architecture,application architecture to technology architecture.The advantage is clearly showed about the architecture based on SeA,and the further direction of the research is indicated.
