目的 通过对志贺菌中cadABC基因簇缺失情况的检测,探讨编码赖氨酸利用的基因簇在志贺菌中缺失的普遍性.方法 根据大肠杆菌K-12 MGl655菌株的cadABC基因簇序列设计引物,采用PCR和核酸杂交试验检测.结果 在所检测的60株志贺菌中,41株B群菌株,5株发生了cadABC基因簇的全部缺失,36株表现为部分缺失;D群的19个菌株全部表现出部分缺失.结论 印株志贺菌的2个群5个血清型中,全部发生了cadABC基因簇的缺失,表现为完全缺失和部分缺失.志贺菌的进化可能与cadABC基因簇的缺失有关.
目的 通過對誌賀菌中cadABC基因簇缺失情況的檢測,探討編碼賴氨痠利用的基因簇在誌賀菌中缺失的普遍性.方法 根據大腸桿菌K-12 MGl655菌株的cadABC基因簇序列設計引物,採用PCR和覈痠雜交試驗檢測.結果 在所檢測的60株誌賀菌中,41株B群菌株,5株髮生瞭cadABC基因簇的全部缺失,36株錶現為部分缺失;D群的19箇菌株全部錶現齣部分缺失.結論 印株誌賀菌的2箇群5箇血清型中,全部髮生瞭cadABC基因簇的缺失,錶現為完全缺失和部分缺失.誌賀菌的進化可能與cadABC基因簇的缺失有關.

Objective To study the deletion of the cadABC gene cluster encoding lysine decarboxylase of
Escherichia coli in shigella species. Methods DNA hybridization and PCR were used in this study with the primers designed according to the cadABC sequence of E.coli K-12 MG1655. Results In total 60 strains examined that did
not metabolize Iysine, 5 of 41 strains with serotypes group B of Shigella species were found with complete deletion of
cadABC gene cluster, other stains of serotypes group B were partial deletion. All 19 strains of serotypes group D were
found partial deletion. Conclusions The cadABC gene cluster has universal deletion in all 60 strain of shigella species,
including complete and partial deletion. This observation indicates that the cadABC gene deletion is involved in shigella
species evolution.
