介绍了采用无缝钢管热镦挤法兰突缘的工艺设计.分析论述了无缝钢管毛坯的材料选择、加热方式、热镦挤润滑方法、模具材料选择以及热处理与失稳折叠的预防等方面的研究及应用.实验证明,无缝钢管采用局部加热,用胶体水剂石墨乳润滑后多次镦挤,形成法兰突缘是一种切实可行的工艺.

The process design of seamless pipe hot upsetting-extruding method for making flange was introduced. The study and application on material option of the seamless pipe, heating methods, die lubricating ways, material option and heat treatment of the die, stability and folding prevention were analysed in detail. Meanwhile, the result demon-strates that the process of heating partially, then extruding several times after lubricating the die and finally forming the flange are feasible.
