[目的]对月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_3)进行改性来提高它的综合表面性能 [方法]用月桂醇、环氧乙烷合成月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_3),再用AEO_3与液体氯乙酸反应改性合成AEC.对AEO_3、AEC、AES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行性能测定,并对各项性能进行比较.[结果]AEC具有良好的表面活性,其润湿性、泡沫性(包括起泡性和泡沫稳定性)及去污性均比较好,表面张力较低,证明它是综合性能优良的阴离子表面活性剂.[结论]用AEO_3与液体氯乙酸反应改性合成的AEC综合表面性能优于AEO_3.

[Objective]The research aimed to improve the comprehensive surface performance of lauryl polyoxyethylene ether (AEO_3) by means of modification. [Method]AEO_3 was synthesized from lauryl alcohol and epoxy ethane, which reacted with liquid chloroacetic acid to produce modified AEC. The prosperities of AEO_3, AEC, AES, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate were determined and compared. [Result]AEC had high surface performance, good wettability, good foam properties (including foamability and foam stability), good detergency ability and low surface tension, which suggested that the product was an anion surfactant with excellent comprehensive performance.[Conclusion]AEC,which was synthesized from AEO_3 and chloroacetic acid, showed higher comprehensive surface performance that AEO_3.
