目的 探讨真武汤合丹参饮加味对糖尿病肾病合并冠心病的疗效.方法 选择36例糖尿病肾病合并冠心病患者随机分成两组,对照组18例进行常规西医保守治疗,治疗组18例患者在常规西医保守治疗的基础上结合真武汤合丹参饮加味治疗,治疗后随访1～3个月,评定疗效.结果 治疗组患者总有效率为94.4％,明显优于对照组的77.8％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 真武汤合丹参饮加味治疗糖尿病肾病合并冠心病可产生良好效果.
目的 探討真武湯閤丹參飲加味對糖尿病腎病閤併冠心病的療效.方法 選擇36例糖尿病腎病閤併冠心病患者隨機分成兩組,對照組18例進行常規西醫保守治療,治療組18例患者在常規西醫保守治療的基礎上結閤真武湯閤丹參飲加味治療,治療後隨訪1～3箇月,評定療效.結果 治療組患者總有效率為94.4％,明顯優于對照組的77.8％,差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05).結論 真武湯閤丹參飲加味治療糖尿病腎病閤併冠心病可產生良好效果.
목적 탐토진무탕합단삼음가미대당뇨병신병합병관심병적료효.방법 선택36례당뇨병신병합병관심병환자수궤분성량조,대조조18례진행상규서의보수치료,치료조18례환자재상규서의보수치료적기출상결합진무탕합단삼음가미치료,치료후수방1～3개월,평정료효.결과 치료조환자총유효솔위94.4％,명현우우대조조적77.8％,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 진무탕합단삼음가미치료당뇨병신병합병관심병가산생량호효과.
Objective To explore the treatment effect of diabetic nephropathy and coronary heart disease by Zheng Wu soup and danshen.Methods 36 diabetic nephropathy complicated with coronary heart patients were randomly divided into two groups,18 patients in the control group used routine western medicine conservative treatment,18 patients in the treatment group used Zheng Wu soup and dansh based on the conventional western medicine treatment,patients were followed up for 1 ～ 3 months after treatment,compaired the treatment effect between two group patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment group patients was 94.4％,significantly better than control group which were 77.8％,the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Zhenwu soup combined with Danshen on the treatment diabetic nephropathy complicated with coronary heart patients could produce good results.
