目的 探讨微创锁定接骨板技术在治疗老年骨质疏松患者并发转子间骨折中的临床意义.方法 对48例老年骨质疏松并发转子间骨折患者行微创锁定接骨板技术治疗(观察组),与同期38例行常规手术治疗的患者(对照组)进行对比,观察患者的治疗情况及并发症的发生情况.结果 观察组优良率为91.7%,对照组为84.2%,两组差异有统计学意义(x2=12.55,P<0.05);观察组并发症为0,对照组为18.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(x2=15.23,P<0.05).结论 微创锁定接骨板技术是治疗老年骨质疏松并发症转子间骨折一种比较理想的选择,选择合适的手术适应证,正确的手术操作,术后配合正确的康复锻炼,可以获得理想的手术效果.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis for old osteoporosis patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 48 old osteoporosis patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis were seleited as experimental group;38 patients treated with conventional operation were selected as control group.Then we compared difference of two group on the treatment and complications.Results The rate of excellent or good for experimental group was 91.7%,and 84.2% in control group.The difference was statistically significant( x2 =12.55,P < 0.05 ) ;The complication rate was 0 in the experimental group,and 18.4% in control group,which had statistically significant difference( x2 =15.23,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion In the treatment of old osteoporosis patients with interurochanteric fractures,minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis is an ideal choice.With the correct rehabilitation exercise,appropriate surgical indications and right operation after the surgery could achieve the desired effect of surgery.
