以5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、正己基异氰酸酯和环己基异氰酸酯为原料,在N,N-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的催化下,通过N-脲化反应制成1-己基氨基甲酰基-5-氟尿嘧啶(HCFU)及1-环己基氨基甲酰基-5-氟尿嘧啶(CHCFU)。用元素分析、IR及1H-NMR对结构进行表征。对影响反应的诸因素进行了讨论。与文献方法相比,产率分别由72.1%和66.7%提高到93.2%和89.8%,反应时间也分别缩短了3h和1h。

In our paper,1-hexylcarbamoyl-5-fluorouracils(HCFU) and1-cyclohexyl-carbamoyl-5-fluorouracils(CHCFU) were prepared through 5-fluorouracil reacting with hexyl isocyanate or cyclohexyl isocyanate by using dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as the catalyst.Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H-NMR.Some experimental parameters were discussed.The yields of HCFU were increased from 63.5% and 66.7% to 93.2% and 89.8% respestively,the reaction time was shortened by 3 h and 1 h respectively,as compared with the classic method.
