对某厂房罕见牛腿裂缝进行了详细的调查与检测,对牛腿顶部混凝土进行了受力分析和应力分析,理论分析与牛腿裂缝形式非常吻合.分析表明温度应力在设计中不容忽视,边梁的扭矩对与梁整体浇注的构件有影响.设计时应考虑温度应力的作用,支座在构造做法上应采取合理措施释放温度应力及扭转约束应力.对此罕见牛腿裂缝,提出了可行的处理方案与加固对策.

The formation causes of corbel cracks in a workshop are surveyed and analyzed in details,force and stresses are analyzed on concrete at the top of corbels. Theoretical analyses are corresponded with fact cracks formation. The results indicate that the temperature effect can not be disregarded,and the torque of edge beam influences the integral casting members. Thermal stresses should be considered in design,and reasonable structural measurers of support should be used to reduce thermal stresses and torsion stresses. Feasible strengthening strategies are presented for the corbel cracks.
