本实验重点对转化桑叶的鸡腿菇子实体的安全性进行评价,通过对小鼠饲喂添加不同剂量的桑叶转化鸡腿菇子实体的基础饲料,测定给药后不同剂量组小鼠与肝肾正常生理功能密切相关的各项生化指标,如血肌酐(Cr)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血清总蛋白等.实验结果表明,低剂量和中剂量的转化桑叶的鸡腿菇子实体饲料对小鼠身体无毒副作用,但高剂量饲料对小鼠血肌酐含量有显著影响,说明长期饲喂高剂量的转化桑叶的鸡腿菇子实体会造成小鼠肾功能(血清肌酐或肾小球滤过率)损伤,可能对肝脏功能也有一定损伤.因此,每只小鼠每天服用不超过300 mg的转化桑叶鸡腿菇子实体,其转化后子实体对小鼠生长和身体机能无损伤,无毒副作用,具有食用安全性.

The experiment evaluated the safety of the fruitbody of Coprinus comatus transformated by mulberry leaves focuslly. The biochemical indicators related to the normal physiological function of liver and kidney were determined when the mice were fed by the basic feed containing different dose of transformated fruitbody of Coprinus comatus, such as Cr, AKP, total protein content and so on. The experimental results showed that there are non-toxic and no side effects on the mice which are fed by low and middle dose of Coprinus comatus transmated by mulberry leaves, but there are significant impacts on the Cr of the mice of high dosage group, which explained that the fruitbody of high dosage of Coprinus comatus transmated by mulberry leaves can destroy the renal function (serum creatinine or glomerular filtration rate) when mice are fed by such feed for long. Therefore, it has food security when each mouse takes on more than 300 mg fruitbody of Coprinus comatus trausmated by mulberry leaves, and the transmated fruitbody can do no harm to the growth and body functions of the mice.
