为了解舟山沿海贝类产品中副溶血性弧菌污染情况,我们于2008年3个不同季节,从不同的农贸市场采集贝类标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法和常规培养方法,对舟山沿海贝类产品中的副溶血性弧菌进行了检测,同时对分离到的菌株进行血清学分型和毒力基因检测.结果60份贝类产品中,采用常规的分离培养方法,阳性率为83.33%,而采用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法,全部检出副溶血性弧菌.对分离到的50株副溶血性弧菌进行耐热溶血素(tdh)基因检测,结果4株tdh阳性.监测结果表明舟山贝类海产品中携带副溶血性弧菌情况比较严重,应引起足够的重视.

To evaluate the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seashells in Zhoushan coastal area, a total of 60 fresh seashells samples were collected from different Zhoushan's retail markets and detected for Ⅴ. parahaemolyticus by real-time quantitative PCR and cultivation method. The serotype and tdh genes were also tested. The results showed that the contaimination of Ⅴ. parahaemolyticus was 83.33 % by cultivation method, and 100 % by real-time quantitative PCR. The themostale direct hemolysin (tdh) genes were detected in 4 out of 50 isolates of Ⅴ. parahaemolyticus. Heavy Ⅴ. parahaemolyticus contamination was evident in seashells in Zhoushan.
