以Ti+B_4C+C为主体系,通过添加铝包镍合金粉,采用自反应喷射成型法制备了Ti(C,N)-TiB_2基复相陶瓷材料,研究了铝包镍合金粉含量对自反应喷射成型Ti(C,N)-TiB_2基陶瓷坯件硬度的影响.对坯件的空隙率进行了定量金相分析,对合成的复合材料进行了XRD分析,用SEM观察了材料组织形貌,并测试了硬度.研究表明,添加铝包镍合金粉后,氧化物相由有害的TiO_2变为了硬质相Al_2O_3,并引入了副产物相TiAl_3、TiNi,与Ti_3AlC.添加合适比例的铝包镍合金粉能够在降低Ti(C,N)-TiB:复相陶瓷坯件孔隙率的同时提高坯件的硬度.

With Ti + B_4C + C served as the main system, through the addition of aluminum-nickel alloy powder, Ti(C,N)-TiB_2 based composites were prepared by self-reactive spray forming. The effect of aluminum-nickel alloy powder on the hardness of self-reactive spray forming Ti(C,N)-TiB_2 based ceramic blank was studied. The porosity of the ceramic blank was studied by quantitative metallographic analysis. The microstructure, phase composition of the ceramic blank were observed and analyzed through SEM and XRD. The hardness was also tested. The results show that, adding aluminum-nickel alloy powder, the oxide phases change from harmful TiO_2 into hard phase Al_2O_3. The by-products phases such as TiAl_3, TiNi_3 and Ti_3AlC are introduced. Adding an appropriate proportion of aluminum-nickel alloy powder can reduce the porosity of Ti(C,N)-TiB_2 based ceramic composite as well as increase the hardness.
