讨论了皮肤外用益智油对紫外线(UV)照射引起的小鼠光老化皮肤的影响.实验采用清洁级雌性昆明种小鼠28只,随机分成4组:正常对照组(I组)、模型组(II组)、模型+外涂5%益智雪花膏组(III组)、模型+外涂雪花膏组(IV组),每组7只.模拟日光紫外线长期照射,形成皮肤光老化小鼠模型.用组织切片HE染色,观察皮肤结构改变.以生化分析方法测定羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量.结果表明:与II组相比,III组和IV组的HYP含量、SOD活力明显升高(P〈0.05),MDA含量明显降低(P〈0.05);与IV组相比,III组的HYP含量、SOD活力较高,MDA含量较低.显微镜观察真皮层,III组和IV组均有不同程度的胶原纤维组织增生及多少不等的炎细胞浸润,但III组纤维细胞分化更为成熟,说明细胞修复功能增强.因此,益智油雪花膏对紫外线照射引起的小鼠皮肤光老化具有保护作用.

To investigate the influence of topical use of Miquel oxyphylla cream on the ultraviolet(UV)radiation in duced photoaging skin in mice.Twenty-eight female mice were randomly divided into four group of normal control(group I),photoaging mode(group Ⅱ),model plus Miquel oxyphylla-5%cream(group Ⅲ)and model plus cream(group IV)with 7 mice each.The mouse model of photoaging skin was established by long-term UV radiation.Histologi cal sections stained with HE,and the structural changes in skin was observed.HYP,SOD,MDA in the murine skin were detected by biochemical method.The result showed that Compared with group Ⅱ,HYP,SOD in group Ⅲ and group IV increased significantly(P0.05),MDA decreased significantly(P0.05).Compared with group IV,HYP,SOD in group Ⅲ were higher than that of in group IV,the content of MDA was lower than that of in group IV.There were obvious fibro blasts hyperplasia in group Ⅲ and group IV,but the fiber cell of group Ⅲ differentiated more mature.That indicates the repair function of group Ⅲ was stronger than group IV.Miquel oxyphylla cream has a protective effect against photoaging.
