The relationship between the structures of disperse dyes andtheir dyeing behaviors is investigated bu determination the exhaustion rate of disperse dyes with different chemical structures for polyurethane fibers and their IOB values(Inorganic/Organic Balance).After the main process parameters affecting the dyeing behavior are tested systematically,the optimal process condition is put forward.
