分析了变压器在线检测过程,重点分析了热导池检测器检测原理,并针对传统的热导池检测器的不足,设计了一种基于MEMS技术的热导池检测器并应用于变压器在线监测系统.测试结果证明:该装置能够满足对变压器油中微量故障特征气体的精确分析.

Process of transformer on-line monitoring is analyzed,and principle of thermal conductivity detector (TCD)detection is focused on.As the deficiencies of the traditional TCD,a new kind of TCD based on MEMS technology is designed and used on transformer detection.Experimental results show that this device can meet the needs of analysis of trace gas dissolved in the transformer oil.
