12个棉花材料的花粉萌发率和花粉管生长长度对不同培养温度反应不同,它们之间在盛花期、结铃期和吐絮期的单株结铃数和成铃率存在显著差异.相关性分析表明,花粉萌发率和花粉管生长长度的最大值与结铃期的结铃数和成铃率以及吐絮期的结铃数呈显著或极显著的正相关性.

Variations existed in pollen germination rate and pollen tube length of 12 cotton lines in response to different culture temperatures.They also showed significant difference in boll numbers and boll-setting rate at peak flowering stage,boll-setting stage and boll-opening stage.There were significant or extremely significant positive correlations between the maximum value of pollen germination rate and pollen tube length and the bell numbers and boll retention at boll-setting stage or the boll numbers at opening stage.
