用粉末-溶胶挤出法制备PZT压电纤维,以排列-浇铸法制备纤维体积分数为30%的1-3型压电复合材料.以热重-差热分析(TG-DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了所得纤维的加热变化情况和表面形貌.测量计算压电陶瓷片与复合材料的压电常数、介电常数、机电耦合系数及机械品质因数.结果表明,纤维中的晶粒致密度越高,复合材料的压电与介电常数越高.复合材料的径向机电耦合系数(k_p)小于压电陶瓷片,厚度机电耦合系数(k_t)和k_t/k_p都大于陶瓷片.
用粉末-溶膠擠齣法製備PZT壓電纖維,以排列-澆鑄法製備纖維體積分數為30%的1-3型壓電複閤材料.以熱重-差熱分析(TG-DSC)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)研究瞭所得纖維的加熱變化情況和錶麵形貌.測量計算壓電陶瓷片與複閤材料的壓電常數、介電常數、機電耦閤繫數及機械品質因數.結果錶明,纖維中的晶粒緻密度越高,複閤材料的壓電與介電常數越高.複閤材料的徑嚮機電耦閤繫數(k_p)小于壓電陶瓷片,厚度機電耦閤繫數(k_t)和k_t/k_p都大于陶瓷片.

PZT fibers were prepared by extruding a mixture of powder and sol. 1-3 piezoelectric composite which contains about 30% ceramic phase was prepared by arranging PZT fibers and casting epoxy resin.The thermal transformation process and the surface morphology of the resulted fibers were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DSC) and scanning electron micrograph (SEM). Piezoelectric constant, dielectric constant, mechanical-electronical coupling coefficient and mechanical quality factor of piezoelectric ceramic piece and composite were measured and calculated.The results showed that the better of compactness of grain ,the hinger of composite's piezoelectric constant and dielectric constant.The radial electromechanical coupling factor(k_p) of the composite material was less than that of piezoelectric ceramic piece, but the thickness mechanical-electronical coupling coefficient(k_t) and k_t/k_p of the composite material were bigger than that of the piezoelectric ceramic piece.
