针对凡口铅锌矿选硫尾矿中复杂微细粒低品位硫的特点,采用浮选法回收硫,考察了试样的自然可浮性以及捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、浮选浓度对浮选指标的影响.试验结果表明,经一粗一精一扫和粗硫精矿脱铅锌后,可得到硫精矿品位43.02%,硫回收率77.85%的指标.
針對凡口鉛鋅礦選硫尾礦中複雜微細粒低品位硫的特點,採用浮選法迴收硫,攷察瞭試樣的自然可浮性以及捕收劑用量、起泡劑用量、浮選濃度對浮選指標的影響.試驗結果錶明,經一粗一精一掃和粗硫精礦脫鉛鋅後,可得到硫精礦品位43.02%,硫迴收率77.85%的指標.

According to the characteristics of complex microfine low-grade sulfur minerals from sulfur separation tailings of Fankou Pb-Zn Mine, the processing of flotation was introduced to treat the pulp. The natural floatability of the sample and the influence of collector dosage, frother dosage and bulk concentration on the flotation index were investigated. The results show that, after a process of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging, and after a further removal of lead and zinc from the rough concentrate of sulfur, a sulfur concentrate with a grade of 43.02% and a recovery of 77.85% can be prepared.
