为探索施氮量及种植密度对烤烟巨型变异株系YK01农艺性状的影响,借助L16(4^5)正交设计表安排正交试验,于栽后70d测量未打顶的主要农艺性状.通过多元统计分析表明:1)施氮量是影响株高的主要因子,而叶数、茎围、最大腰叶的长和宽4项指标则主要受种植密度影响,且最大腰叶长受两个因子的影响均达到0.01极显著水平,其余指标的主要因子影响均达到0.08及以上的显著或极显著水平;2)株高、最大腰叶长随施氮量的增加而增加,叶数、最大腰叶长、宽和茎围均随种植密度的增加而减少,节距与施氮量或种植密度之间无明显规律性.

To explore the main agronomic characters for flue-cured tobacco giant mutant strains of YK01 affected by the cultural factors of nitrogen application dosage and planting density under the help of the orthogonal design El6 (45 ) for the giant mutant strains, and the main agronomic characters were measured after transplanting for 70 d under the plants being no topped. The results showed : 1 ) Nitrogen was the main factor affecting plant height, while 4 indexes of leaf number, stern girth, and length and width of maximum waist leaf were mainly affected by planting density. The significant level reached 0.01 for maximum waist leaf length was affected by nitrogen and planting density, and reached at least 0.08 for the others ; 2 ) Plant height and maximum waist leaf length increased with the raised nitrogen application dosage. 4 indexes of leaf number, stem girth, length and width of maximum waist leaf decreased with raised planting density but there was no obvious regularity pitch and nitrogen or planting density.
