“十二五”期间，随着转变经济发展方式的加快，高职院校的发展面临着重大的机遇和挑战，构建科学的高职教师培训评价体系，既可以激励教师不断进取，也可以有效提高教师的培训效果，使高职院校的人才培养工作真正适应加快转变经济发展方式的要求。建立在“柯克帕特里克”模型上的高职教师培训评价体系由4个层次的7个方面的指标构成，用这些指标所构成的体系可以对高职教师的培训效果进行定性与定量的评价，以准确评估培训工作满足加快转变经济发展方式对高职教师的要求的程度。

During the twelfth five - year plan, while the transformation of the mode of economic development is accelerating, higher vocational schools are facing important opportunities and challenges. To construct the evaluation system of higher vocational school teachers could not only incentive teachers to make progresses, but also enhance the effect of training. The evaluation system of higher vocational school teachers according to the Kirkpatrick mode is composed by seven groups of indicates which could been divided into four levels. This evaluation system could accurately evaluate the effect of training by both quality and quantity.
