为提高学生分析、解决临床问题的能力和医患沟通技能,培养医疗纠纷防范意识,中山大学附属第三医院在儿科学见习教学中,把以医疗纠纷为切入点的病例分析融入以问题为基础学习的教学之中,取得了较好的教学效果.

In the Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University,PBL teaching model integrated with medical dispute case analyzing was carried out in the pediatric clerkship,which aimed to improve the students' abilities to analyze and solve clinical problems and their communication technique with patients in hospital situation.The practice in 47 students showed that the good effect was realized and it was helpful for the medical students to learn how to prevent medical disputes.
