目的 观察复方丹参注射液在治疗急性胰腺炎中的临床疗效,了解复方丹参注射液对急性胰腺炎(AP)患者血浆内皮素(ET)浓度的影响,对改善微循环的作用.方法 将100例AP患者随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(60例),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用常规治疗+复方丹参注射液治疗,以放射免疫法(RIA)测定血浆ET浓度.结果 两组病例除了腹痛消失时间无显著性差异外(P>0.05),腹部压痛消失、血尿淀粉酶、影像学恢复和平均治疗时间治疗组均短于对照组(P<0.05).治疗7 d后,对照组患者血浆ET浓度与治疗前比较无显著性差异;治疗组患者治疗后血浆ET浓度[(61.89±7.14)ng/L]显著低于治疗前[(104.41±7.88),P<0.05].结论 在常规治疗的基础上应用复方丹参注射液治疗急性胰腺炎可以使患者微循环状态得到改善,具有良好的临床疗效.

목적 관찰복방단삼주사액재치료급성이선염중적림상료효,료해복방단삼주사액대급성이선염(AP)환자혈장내피소(ET)농도적영향,대개선미순배적작용.방법 장100례AP환자수궤분위대조조(40례)화치료조(60례),대조조채용상규치료,치료조채용상규치료+복방단삼주사액치료,이방사면역법(RIA)측정혈장ET농도.결과 량조병례제료복통소실시간무현저성차이외(P>0.05),복부압통소실、혈뇨정분매、영상학회복화평균치료시간치료조균단우대조조(P<0.05).치료7 d후,대조조환자혈장ET농도여치료전비교무현저성차이;치료조환자치료후혈장ET농도[(61.89±7.14)ng/L]현저저우치료전[(104.41±7.88),P<0.05].결론 재상규치료적기출상응용복방단삼주사액치료급성이선염가이사환자미순배상태득도개선,구유량호적림상료효.
Objective To study clinical effects of CO.Salvia Miltiorthizae(CSM) on Actute Pancreatitis,the changes of plasma endothelin(ET) as well as the role on the microcirculation of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP).Methods A total of 100 patients with AP was divided into contrast group (group A) (n = 40)and treat treatment group(group B) (n = 60) ,treated with routine method(group A) and CO.Sa]via Miltiorthizae.injection added routine method,respectively.The levels of plasma ET were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The average time of abdomen tenderness,amylase and shape resume natural and treatment were significantly shorter in group B than in group A,but the average time of bellyache evaporating were not significantly differential in the two groups.After 7 days treatment,the levels of ET in group A were slightly decreased compared with those before treatment (P > 0.05),while the levels of ET in group B were obviously decreased compared with those be fore treatment[(61.89 ±7.14) ng/L vs (104.41 ±7.88) ng/L,P <0.05].Conclusion CSM and apply routine treatment used at the same time to treat AP can improve microcirculation disorder in pathogenesis of AP.There were well clinical effects.
