本文介绍了哈尔滨医科大学药学院药事管理与法规学教研室以提高药学专业学生综合能力为目标,运用现代教育技术,改革教学方法,转换教师角色,更新教学内容,改变考核方式,将建构主义学习理论、现代教育技术与药事管理学教学有机结合,构建"双主建构"教学模式的过程.为了检验基于现代教育技术的"双主建构"教学模式在药事管理学教学中的应用效果,教研室对学生进行了问卷调查.调查结果显示,学生对药事管理学教学方式的总体满意度达到90%以上,各项活动的参与度达到70%以上,学生的学习效率、综合能力等有了较大提高.

Aiming at enhancing the pharmacy students' comprehensive abilities, some modern educational technologies were utilized, instructional methods were innovated, the teachers' roles were switched, teaching contents were renewed, test measures were changed, situational teachings were developed, and new teaching facilities were applied to explore the process of combining with constructivist learning theory, modern educational technology and pharmacy administration teaching and construct the new double construction teaching model. In addition, the effect on the teaching model of double construction,which was applied in pharmacy administration teaching based on modern educational technology, was tested. Furthermore, the number of overall students' satisfaction was over 90% in judging of teaching model of pharmacy administration, the number of students' participation was over 70% in all kinds of activities, the students' compositive abilities were improved, and the students' study effects were better than traditional teaching model.
