目的：探讨B超定位低能量体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗尿路结石的优势、技术特点、治疗效果与副作用。方法：采用WD-ESWL－91型B超定位体外冲击波碎石机治疗尿路结石4 512例，冲击电压10～12kV，平均冲击次数2 500次。结果：总碎石成功率为98.8％，3个月结石排净率为83.5％。结论：B超定位低能量ESWL具有定位准确、成功率高、组织损伤小、无严重并发症等特点，特别是尿路阴性结石患者，B超定位更具有独到之处，值得推广。
목적：탐토B초정위저능량체외충격파쇄석술(ESWL)치료뇨로결석적우세、기술특점、치료효과여부작용。방법：채용WD-ESWL－91형B초정위체외충격파쇄석궤치료뇨로결석4 512례，충격전압10～12kV，평균충격차수2 500차。결과：총쇄석성공솔위98.8％，3개월결석배정솔위83.5％。결론：B초정위저능량ESWL구유정위준학、성공솔고、조직손상소、무엄중병발증등특점，특별시뇨로음성결석환자，B초정위경구유독도지처，치득추엄。
To inquire into the advantage, technical characteristic, curative effect and side-effect of the treatment to urinary stones by low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) with B-ultrasound localization. Methods :ESWL was carried out for 4 512 cases of urinary stones with a WD-ESWL-91 lithotripter. The treatment voltage was 10～12 kV and the average number of shock wave was 2 500. Results :The criterion of success was the stone diameter＜3 mm or the stone was removed. The treatment has a overall success rate of 98.8％ and the complete discharging rate of urinary stone at 3 months was 83.5％. Conclusions:The B-ultra sound localization was accurate especially to the X-ray lucent stone and the success rate was high. By this treat ment, the tissue trauma was moderate and no serious side-effect was observed. This treatment is worthy to be extended
