during the railway reform period, we must take the security and stability as primary premise, so that the ideology is not chaos, the work is not interrupted and the team is not dispersed. Railway unions should adapt to the development needs of reform, exert their self advantages and func-tions, actively carry out ideological and political education work, and strive to provide reliable protection for the smooth implementation of the rail-way reform.
