以二茂铁作为催化剂,H2为还原气和载气,反应温度为650℃,压强15 kPa时,在一定的催化温度下,调节碳源中噻吩与环已烷的摩尔比,在减压化学气相沉积体系中制备了大量网状碳纳米管粉末.对反应过程中二茂铁的催化温度以及噻吩与环已烷的摩尔比对产物的影响进行了分析与研究,结果表明碳纳米管的产量随催化剂的量的增加而增大,其质量随催化温度的升高而下降;噻吩与环已烷的摩尔比对产物的形貌与质量有着一定的影响.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉曼光谱对碳纳米管进行了表征.
以二茂鐵作為催化劑,H2為還原氣和載氣,反應溫度為650℃,壓彊15 kPa時,在一定的催化溫度下,調節碳源中噻吩與環已烷的摩爾比,在減壓化學氣相沉積體繫中製備瞭大量網狀碳納米管粉末.對反應過程中二茂鐵的催化溫度以及噻吩與環已烷的摩爾比對產物的影響進行瞭分析與研究,結果錶明碳納米管的產量隨催化劑的量的增加而增大,其質量隨催化溫度的升高而下降;噻吩與環已烷的摩爾比對產物的形貌與質量有著一定的影響.用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和拉曼光譜對碳納米管進行瞭錶徵.

Large amounts of web-like CNTs were synthesized in a large scale in a floating iron catalyst chemical vapor deposition system below atmospheric pressure,using ferrocene as a catalyst precursor,cyelohexane as carbon source,H2 as carrier gas,a certain molar ratio of C4 H4 S to C6 H12 of thiophene as a promoter,and H2 flow rate of 60 mL/min,under the pressure of 15 kPa.reaction temperature of 650℃.The effect of ferrocene sublimed temperature on the growth of carbon products was studied.It is found that the quantity of the CNTs were enhanced with the increase of the ferrocene amount while the quality of the CNTS became worse on the contrary.Meanwhile,the molar ratio of C4 H4 S to C6 H12 also has a evident effect on the morphology and quality of the CNTs.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy were utilized to characterize the samples.
