The technical difficulties of miniature aluminum eiectrolyric capacitor were analyzed. The working electrolyte was developed, the materials were choosen,and the key technology was improved. The small size technology of miniature aluminum electrolyric capaci-tor with 5 mm height was achieved. This type of product can resistant PC-FREE reflow solder at 260℃,and endure 2000 hours load life at 105℃.
