The mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel plate with low-content of carbon, high-content of niobium were analyzed by high-temperature rolling processing (HTP). The results show that X70 pipeline steel plate produced by HTP and on the condition of accelerating cooling can all satisfy the requirements of prevailing applicable technical standard, the operation costs considerably reduce, and thus pipelines made in this way is more competitive.
