针对30CrMo轴套热处理过程中存在的问题进行了分析与讨论,通过对工艺的探索与改进得出:对于强度要求较高的厚壁类零件.一方面从材料本身出发,控制提高淬透性合金元素的含量;另一方面要保证淬火介质的冷却能力,并考虑设备状况及零件的自身结构制定合适的热处理工艺以保证达到性能要求.为类似厚壁类零件的生产提供一定理论及实践依据.

The problems existed in the production 30CrMo cylinders werc analyzed and discussed.It was concluded by the exploring and improving of the technology of production that in the high requiring properties thick-wall parts,it should be considered in two aspects.In one hand,it should be guaranteed enough amount of improving hardenability elements.In the other hand,there should be enough cooling capacity for the quench media.The configuration of the part itself should be considered to implement the appropriate technology to satisfy the required properties.It is expected that certain theory and practical basis can be supplied to the production ofsuch thick wall parts.
