在严峻的就业形势与中小学教育行业新的就业政策下,地方院校师范生的就业方向有很大的不确定性.在保障教师教育质量的前提下,必须着重提高大学生就业转型能力.要了解就业市场需求,一方面突出课程设置的灵活性,通过校内、校企、校际资源共享等途径开设满足学生就业需要的课程;另一方面则要加强对实践教学环节和暑期社会实践的监管力度,培养学生的实践能力.

It requires local institutions to be familiar with the employment market. On the one hand, to emphasize the flexibility of the curriculum, courses to meet the employment needs of students will be arranged by the way of the sharing of courses inside the school, among schools, schools and enterprises. On the other hand, the supervision of practice teaching and social practice in summer vacation must be strengthened.
