利用宝钢股份的实际生产数据,反求热轧过程的传热边界条件,并应用于板材热轧综合解析数值模型,提高模型计算精度.运用该模型预测轧制规程下各道次轧制温度和轧制力的变化情况.计算结果表明,模型计算得到的轧制力、温度与实测值吻合较好,反求参数与实际相符.
利用寶鋼股份的實際生產數據,反求熱軋過程的傳熱邊界條件,併應用于闆材熱軋綜閤解析數值模型,提高模型計算精度.運用該模型預測軋製規程下各道次軋製溫度和軋製力的變化情況.計算結果錶明,模型計算得到的軋製力、溫度與實測值吻閤較好,反求參數與實際相符.

Base on measured data provided by Baosteel, thermal boundary condition parame-ters in the hot rolling process were reversely determined. Using such parameters, the preci-sion of numerical analytical results was improved. As an application, the temperature and rolling stress in each pass of hot rolling process were predicted. The simulation results showed good coincidence with the industrial measured data.
