Technique used in the field of public security falls behind the time because the use of technique fails to attract a lot of attention. Some countermeasures are as followed : firstly, to change traditional viewpoint and develop awareness of science and technology ; secondly, to stipulate and improve law to make sure the use of technique; thirdly, to establish system of training specialties and increase skilled staff; to update the equipment and facilities ; finally, to make use of resources to set up coopera-tive system.
