通过室内对峙培养方法,从16株候选木霉菌中筛选出对荆芥茎枯病菌有较强抑制活性的绿色木霉M3和Tv04-2菌株,抑菌率分别高达83.2%和78.2%;田间试验发现,M3菌株对荆芥茎枯病害的田间防效明显高于Tv04-2菌株.结果表明,本研究筛选出的绿色木霉M3菌株具有理想的生防潜力,可作为防控荆芥茎枯病害的候选生防菌.

Two Trichoderma viride strains, M3 and Tv04-2 ,were identified from sixteen Trichoderma strains that showing strongly antagonist activity to Phytophthora nicotianae of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. by antagonistic tests, and the pathogen-inhibition ratio were 83.2% and 78.2% ,respectively. Further research showed that, the bio-control effect of Trichoderma strain M3 against Phytophthora nicotianae was higher than Trichoderma strain Tv04-2 significantly. Results indicated that Tridroderma viride strain M3 having expecting biocontrol potential, and can be used as a biocontrol candidate to Phytophthora nicotianae of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.
