利用一个简单的相场模型,对过冷熔体中枝晶的生长形貌进行数值模拟,定性分析各向异性强度、无量纲潜热及扰动因子等对枝晶形貌的影响.结果表明,枝晶主干生长速度随着各向异性强度的增大而增大,并且枝晶结构强烈依赖于各向异性强度;随着无量纲潜热的增大,晶体生长过程中枝晶结构特征愈加明显;扰动对枝晶结构特征有一定的影响,随着扰动因子的增加,枝晶间竞争生长加剧.
利用一箇簡單的相場模型,對過冷鎔體中枝晶的生長形貌進行數值模擬,定性分析各嚮異性彊度、無量綱潛熱及擾動因子等對枝晶形貌的影響.結果錶明,枝晶主榦生長速度隨著各嚮異性彊度的增大而增大,併且枝晶結構彊烈依賴于各嚮異性彊度;隨著無量綱潛熱的增大,晶體生長過程中枝晶結構特徵愈加明顯;擾動對枝晶結構特徵有一定的影響,隨著擾動因子的增加,枝晶間競爭生長加劇.

By a simple phase-field model, a series of numerical simulations for dendritic growth into undercooled melt is performed to show the formation of various dendritic patterns. Qualitative analysis of the influence of the strength of anisotropy, dimensionless latent heat, and noise factor on the shape of crystal growth is given. The results show that the velocity of principal branch growth increases as strength of anisotropy increases and the branch structure is very strongly dependent on strength of anisotropy;as dimensionless latent heat increases, dendritic structures become obvious during grain growth;competition of branches growth becomes strong as noise factor increases.
