目的 建立测定鼻炎滴剂中绿原酸和黄芩苷含量的方法.方法 采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil~(TM) C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(52∶48∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长320nm,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1).结果 绿原酸在4.30~34.40 μg·ml~(-1) 范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=127.3C-4.396,r=0.999 9,平均回收率102.1%,RSD=0.94% ;黄芩苷在15.52~108.64 g·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=38.15C + 55.1,r=0.999 7,平均回收率100.8%,RSD=1.4%.结论 该法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于鼻炎滴剂的质量控制.

Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalinincoryza dripping solution .Methods RP-HPLC method was used. Thecolumn was Diamonsil~(TM) C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol- water- phosphoric acid (52∶48∶0.1), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1), the detection wavelength was 320 nm . Results The linearity of chlorogenic acid was good in the range of4.30~34.40μg·ml~(-1),regress equation was A=127.3C - 4.396, r=0.9999,and average recovery rate was 102.1% , RSD=0.94%;the linearity of baicalin was good in the range of 15.52~108.64μg·ml~(-1), regress equation was A=38.15C +55.1,r=0.999 7, average recovery rate was 100.8%, RSD=1.4%.Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of coryza dripping solution.
