Gender harmony is a very important concept in the domain of gender relationship and also the important content of the new countryside construction and harmonious society of our socialism.We need establish and perfect the pluralistic women＇s organization system with women＇s congress as the leading part and the other non-governmental women＇s organizations and civilian women＇s bodies as the assistant part so as to eliminate sexual discrimination and realize the equal standing and the equal rights between the male and the female.
