以硫化钠(Na2S.9H2O)和对二氯苯(P-DCB)为原料,在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中进行常压缩聚反应,所得产物经测试表明为线型结晶高分子量聚苯硫醚树脂(PPS)。实验主要研究了在助剂硅酸钠作用下,温度、原料配比、反应时间对该缩聚反应的影响。实验结果表明:产率可达81.3%~85.7%,适宜的反应温度为(185±3)℃,原料(Na2S.9H2O:P-DCB)配比为1:1.1,反应时间为8 h。

Using nine hydration sodium sulfide(Na2S·9H2O) and p-dichloroben-zene(P-DCB) as raw materials,the crystal linear poly(p-phenylene sulfide) resin with high molecular weight(HMWPPS) was synthesised during 7~8 h under normal pressure in N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP).The prduct was used to do the melt spun test directly and the fiber of the HMWPPS was obtained.The effect of reaction temperature,material proportion,and raction time studied with the assistan(Na2SiO3).The results showed that condign temperature was(185±3)℃,material proportion was 1:1.1(Na2S·9H2O:P-DCB),reaction time was 8 h,and yield was over 81.3%~85.7%.
