目的 探讨新生儿窒息后血清超敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP)和外周血白细胞(WBC)检测的临床价值.方法 66例窒息新生儿(轻度窒息43例,重度窒息23例)作为2个窒息组,36例健康新生儿作为对照组,分别检测各组新生儿出生后24小时内以及第7天的血清hs-CRP和WBC数.结果 24小时内hs-CRP,轻度窒息组的为(2.98±0.96) mg/L,重度窒息组的为(7.18±1.46) mg/;轻度窒息组的WBC为(17.65±4.22)× 109/L,重度窒息组的为(25.12±6.51)×109/L.2个窒息组血清hs-CRP和WBC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后hs-CRP在3组间差异有极显著性(P<0.01),而WBC差异均无显著性(P>0.05).结论 血液hs-CRP和WBC水平与新生儿窒息程度密切相关,两者联合检测对新生儿窒息程度判断及预后判断具有较好的临床意义.

Objective To discuss the clinical values of detection for the serum high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) and White blood cell count ( WBC ) after asphyxia of newborn.Methods 66cases of the asphyxial newbom( the mild asphyxia is 43 cases and severe asphyxia is 23 cases ) were used to 2 asphyxia groups.36 cases of the healthy newbom were used to control group.The hs-CRP and WBC in newborn groups after birth in 24h and 7 days were determined respectively.Results In 24h hs-CRP is ( 2.98 ± 0.96 ) mg/L in mild asphyxia group and is ( 7.18::1.46 ) mg/L in severe asphyxia group,WBC is ( 17.65 + 4.22 ) × 109/L in mild asphyxia group and is ( 25.12 ± 6.51 ) × 109/L in severe asphyxia group.The hs-CRP and WBC levels for 2 asphyxia groups are obviously heightened to control group ( P < 0.05 and P < 0.01 ).The hs-CRP has significantly differences ( P < 0.01 ) and WBC has not significantly differences ( P > 0.05 ) after treatment for 3 groups.Conclusions The levels of hsCRP and WBC in blood and the asphyxial degrees of newborn have close correlation.The combined detection of two indexes has better clinical significance in the judge of degree and prognosis for asphyxial newborn.
