目的探讨眼球穿孔伤术后迟发性眼内炎发生的相关因素及治疗.方法 5例(5眼)眼球穿孔伤术后发生迟发性眼内炎进行玻璃体腔注射抗生素,玻璃体切除硅油注入术.结果术后随诊3个月至1年,5眼均保留眼球,控制了炎症,4眼视力较术前提高,1眼视力无改变.结论眼球穿孔伤手术中避免各种发生感染的危险因素,术后密切观察病情变化,一旦发生迟发性眼内炎,积极行玻璃体腔注射抗生素及玻璃体切除手术,可获得良好的治疗效果.

Objective To study the related factors and treatment of delayed endophthalmitis after the operation for perforating injury of eyeball Methods Cases with delayed endophthalmitis after the operation for perforating injury of eyeball had been injected antibiotics via vitreous and vitreetomy combined with injection of Silicone Oil.Results 5 eyes had been preserved eyeball and the inflamation had been controlled successfully during the following up of 6 months after operations.The visual acuity among 4 cases had been improved.1 case remains unchanged.Conclusion All factors related with infection after the operation for perforating injury of eyeball,the changes of condition must be observed carefully,injected antibiotics via vitreous and vitrectomy must be carried out promptly once delayed endophthalmitis occurs and the therapeutic effect is effective.
