目的 通过观察胆道肿瘤组织中β-连环素(β-catenin)与细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达,探讨它们和胆道肿瘤发生、预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学法研究33例胆囊癌,35例胆管癌中β-catenin与cyclinD1的表达特点,并结合临床资料进行统计学分析.结果 10例正常的胆囊和胆管标本中β-catenin与cyclinD1均呈正常表达.而在33例胆囊癌组织中有16例(48.5%)β-catenin的异常表达和18例(54.5%)cyclinD1的过度表达;35例胆管癌组织中存在18例(51.4%)β-catenin的异常表达和16例(45.7%)cyclinD1的过度表达.在胆道恶性肿瘤中,β-catenin的表达异常和cyclinD1的过度表达与TNM分期和/或肿瘤的分化相关,而且β-catenin的异常表达与cyclinD1的过度表达相关(P<0.05).结论 在胆道恶性肿瘤组织中存在β-catenin的异常表达与cyclinD1的过度表达.β-catenin的异常表达与cyclinD1的过度表达之间的相关性提示,β-catenin/Wnt信号转导途径参与了胆道肿瘤的发生和发展.
目的 通過觀察膽道腫瘤組織中β-連環素(β-catenin)與細胞週期素D1(cyclinD1)的錶達,探討它們和膽道腫瘤髮生、預後的關繫.方法 應用免疫組織化學法研究33例膽囊癌,35例膽管癌中β-catenin與cyclinD1的錶達特點,併結閤臨床資料進行統計學分析.結果 10例正常的膽囊和膽管標本中β-catenin與cyclinD1均呈正常錶達.而在33例膽囊癌組織中有16例(48.5%)β-catenin的異常錶達和18例(54.5%)cyclinD1的過度錶達;35例膽管癌組織中存在18例(51.4%)β-catenin的異常錶達和16例(45.7%)cyclinD1的過度錶達.在膽道噁性腫瘤中,β-catenin的錶達異常和cyclinD1的過度錶達與TNM分期和/或腫瘤的分化相關,而且β-catenin的異常錶達與cyclinD1的過度錶達相關(P<0.05).結論 在膽道噁性腫瘤組織中存在β-catenin的異常錶達與cyclinD1的過度錶達.β-catenin的異常錶達與cyclinD1的過度錶達之間的相關性提示,β-catenin/Wnt信號轉導途徑參與瞭膽道腫瘤的髮生和髮展.

[Objective] To investigate expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 and its possible role in the tumors' development and progression. [Methods] Expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 was immunohistochemically studied in gallbladder carcinoma (33 cases), and cholangiocarcinoma (35 cases), respectively. The results were analyzed with clinical-pathological data. [Results] Normal expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 was found in 10 cases of normal biliary control samples. Abnormal expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 overexpression was detected in 48.5% (16/33) and 54.5% (18/33) in samples of gallbladder carcinoma respectively. Similarly, abnormal expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 overexpression were also found in cholangiocarcinoma, 51.4% (18/35) and 45.7% (16/35) respectively.Abnormal expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 overexpression were related to TNM stages and/or tumor differentiation in these biliary tumors. Furthermore, in both gallbladder carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma, abnormal β-catenin expression was correlated with cyclinD1 overexpression (P <0.05). [ Conclusion] Abnormal expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 overexpression exist in biliary tumors. Correlation between abnormal expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 overexpression suggests that WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a role in biliary tumors' development and progression.
