[目的]了解空气灌肠治疗前婴儿肠套叠腹部平片的X线表现,探讨不同X线表现与空气灌肠整复疗效的关系.[方法]回顾性分析526例经空气灌肠及手术确诊的婴儿肠套叠腹部平片X线表现和X线空气灌肠整复结果.[结果]526例婴儿肠套叠的腹部平片X线表现主要为腹部局限性积气、肠胀气或不完全性小肠梗阻、完全性肠梗阻,其空气灌肠复位成功率分别为82.5%、78.3%、35.2%.前两者与完全性肠梗阻患儿的空气灌肠整复成功率分别进行比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.01);而前二者之间进行比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).[结论]婴儿肠套叠的腹部平片的X线表现有一定特征,对空气灌肠整复治疗有重要的指导意义.

[Objective] To understand the x-ray findings in plain abdominal radiograph of intussusception in infant before air enema and to investigate the correlation between the x-ray findings and the therapeutic effect of air enema taxis. [Methods] The plain film findings and the result of air enema taxis in 526 cases of proven intussusception were reviewed, and the significance of difference was analyzed by using chi-square test. [Results]The main x-ray findings in all infants were abdominal local pneumatosis, intestinal tympanites and incomplete or complete small bowel obstruction, and their success rates of air enema reduction of intussusception were 82.5%, 78.3% and 35.2%, respectively. The difference in the success rates between abdominal local pneumatosis, intestinal tympanites, incomplete small bowel obstruction and complete intestinal obstruction was significant (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in success rates of air enema reduction between abdominal local pneumatosis and intestinal tympanites or incomplete small bowel obstruction (P>0.05). [Conclusion]There are some specificities in plain films of the abdomen which may be significant for directing the air enema reduction of intussusception in infants.
