采用自蔓延燃烧合成技术成功制备了纯净的单相CaAl_2O_4:Eu~(3+)红色荧光体,并采用XRD分析及红外光谱对其进行了表征.结果表明:晶胞属立方晶系,P21/n空间群;晶胞参数a=0.870 0 nm,b=0.810 2 nm,c=1.522 2 nm,β=90.148 5°,Z=12.激发光谱在260~290 nm处带状强激发峰为O~(2-)→Eu~(3+)的电荷迁移带(CTB)跃迁吸收,322,365,387和397 nm处的激发峰分别来自~7F_0→~5H_3,~7F_0→~5L_8,~7F_0→~5G_2,~7F_0→~5L_6的跃迁吸收.发射光谱在579,589,617,655和701 nm处的发射峰分别归属于Eu~(3+)的~5D_0→~7F_J(J=0,1,2,3,4)跃迁发射.SEM显示样品表面光滑、结晶好.
採用自蔓延燃燒閤成技術成功製備瞭純淨的單相CaAl_2O_4:Eu~(3+)紅色熒光體,併採用XRD分析及紅外光譜對其進行瞭錶徵.結果錶明:晶胞屬立方晶繫,P21/n空間群;晶胞參數a=0.870 0 nm,b=0.810 2 nm,c=1.522 2 nm,β=90.148 5°,Z=12.激髮光譜在260~290 nm處帶狀彊激髮峰為O~(2-)→Eu~(3+)的電荷遷移帶(CTB)躍遷吸收,322,365,387和397 nm處的激髮峰分彆來自~7F_0→~5H_3,~7F_0→~5L_8,~7F_0→~5G_2,~7F_0→~5L_6的躍遷吸收.髮射光譜在579,589,617,655和701 nm處的髮射峰分彆歸屬于Eu~(3+)的~5D_0→~7F_J(J=0,1,2,3,4)躍遷髮射.SEM顯示樣品錶麵光滑、結晶好.

Pure and single-phase red phosphor CaAl_2O_4:Eu~(3+) are successfully prepared by the self-propagating combustion synthesis (SPCS) technology.XRD analysis show that the unit cell is confirmed monoclinic system(unit cell parameters a=0.870 0 nm,b=0.810 2 nm,c=1.522 2 nm,β=90.148 5°,Z=12) with a space group P21/n.The stronger absorption band locates at 260~290 nm in excitation spectra,which come from O~(2-)→Eu~(3+) charge transfer band (CTB).The other three excitation peaks respectively come from ~7F_0→~5H_3,~7F_0→~5L_8,~7F_0→~5G_2 and ~7F_0→~5L_6 at 322,365,387 and 397 nm.Five peaks within emission spectra respectively belong to ~5D_0→~7F_J(J=0,1,2,3,4) transfer at 579,589,617,655 and 701 nm.SEM show smooth surface and good crystallization.
