组织通过吸收能力获取与利用外部知识资源是组织竞争力的重要来源.随着开放式创新以及组织与环境间关系的发展变化,既有的吸收能力概念已不适用于组织开放式创新问题的研究.通过对吸收能力研究的前因、过程、产出以及影响因素归纳,结合开放式创新中自外而内、耦合、自内而外三个维度以及研究与开发阶段,提出吸收能力概念可以从过程动态性、学习特点、知识与网络组合属性以及路径特点四个方面进行拓展.就组织开放式创新与吸收能力未来研究提出相关建议.

The organizational absorptive capacity to leverage external knowledge resource is extremely important source of competitive advantage.With the development of open innovation and the complexity of the relationship between organization and its external environment,the existing absorptive capability concept couldn't explain the organizational behavior and competitive advantage in the network context and in the open innovation model.In this article,we review the antecedents,processes,output and moderators of the absorptive capacity,and analysis the three dimensions and two stages of the open innovation.Based on that,we propose that we could extend the concept according to the process dynamics,explorative and exploitative learning,combinative characters of the knowledge and ego-network,and the paths of the knowledge transfer.In the end,we suggest the future research direction about the absorptive capability and open innovation.
